We saw in 2008-2009 what happens when the government helped big banks because of the idea that banks were �to big to fail�. We saw how Covid relief spending shut down mom and pop shops but kept big blockbuster business open. We need to return to keeping the governments paws out of the privet sector and allow the Free Market to work to address these issues. | |||

If someone comes up with a electric car that goes 500 miles and cost $20K, then the free market will set the new standard and will determine if it is a good product. If it is, you will see a natural shift to going green. Forcing people to by a $80K car by 2045 when that car payment would eat into about half their take-home-pay, is bad policy. If we want to invest, we need to invest in nuclear power. | |||

Part 2) I believe we need to stop interfering in other nations and focus on cleaning our own house. That being said, if a threat is eminent, we should be able to use are military to stop said hostile action. This should only be done within the scope of ending the said threat. We do not need to be nation building while our own nation is crumbling. | |||

Now if someone is being a bad actor like China and their theft of US intellectual property rights, then we should hit them were it hurts.
